Move a tongue frontward in the mouth –the sound characters at the left and also backward toward the throat by using the sounds on the right and passing through near-front, central and near-back. The root of the tongue or velum goes for the teeth to all the way being retracted and pulled back away from the roof of the mouth and inward, toward the throat.Giving into the lips (yours can be rounded/unrounded) for more shape even for amore -Wink
If rounded, you’re going to pucker like kiss and if unrounded then, spread so they look spread open and out -comfortably.
